MMA fighter Lee Murray a wanted suspect in the £53m robbery at a Kent cash depot has been released from prison and can now remain in Morroco after a court ruled that Mr Murray was a Moroccan citizen and so could not be extradited to the UK.
Lee ‘Lightning’ Murray who maintains his innocence has an MMA record of 8 – 2 – 1 which includes a win against Jorge Rivera with a submission (Triangle Armbar) and UFC 46. His last MMA fight was against Anderson Silva which he lost as a Decision (Unanimous).
