My NBA Finals prediction? Better get a broom

Cleveland's superstar, LeBron James, can rise to even bigger heights with his fourth title. He won back-to-back MVP awards, but was beaten out for the Finals MVP award by Andre Iguodala when the Warriors won two years ago. James won his first National Basketball Association title five years ago at Durant's expense, and now Durant tries to get his first playing against James.

He was also one win away from returning to the Finals previous year with Oklahoma City but they squandered a 3-1 series lead to Golden State, the team he joined a little over a month later. The decision is even more unsafe for Durant, who missed a bulk of games this season after a scary Grade 2 MCL sprain late in the regular season.

"Since I've been in this league, it's hard to get to the playoffs, let alone march all the way to the finals", guard Iman Shumpert said.

The Warriors won the first championship matchup against the Cavaliers in 2015.

"So it's a little different now, obviously".

Just enjoy this. This is what we've waited 346 days for. The closest he could do was acknowledge the big challenge posed by the All-Star-studded Warriors, packing a great wallop behind Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green. "They're 13-0. They're constantly breaking records every year".

He is averaging 32.5 points per game in these playoffs, eclipsed only by the 35.3 per-game average as a spry 24-year-old in 2009.

Story line: The Warriors and Cavaliers make NBA history by becoming the first teams to meet in three straight NBA Finals. "We are hoping we get that price because we have two friends that sold theirs for $3,000 a piece", said Stintsman. "We just kept grinding". It's not something we talk about. We're a better Cavs team.

"We want to take it to the next series and try to be great and see what happens, but 12-0 really doesn't matter going into the next series", Durant said. Whether I had been suspended or not I wanted to come into the NBA Finals with high emotions.

With head coach Steve Kerr having taken a leave to deal with pain management issues tied to spinal surgery, Brown has filled in as game coach for the Warriors since Game 3 of their opening-round sweep of Portland.

"Happy to be sharing this moment with him after all he's gone through with joining the squad and leaving OKC", Green said. The past two NBA Finals have seen Curry perform at a level far less than the version of himself that dominated the league during the regular season.

For the Warriors, even if the roll man hits a contested jumper, that's still better than LeBron racking up fouls against Curry. And so he has to make those decisions as if it's his team, but he's also taking my advice and counsel behind the scenes.

James called the Golden State All-Star might “beastly.” He was quick to add he likes their chances. No one remembers second place. In 2016, LeBron James and company took advantage of Harrison Barnes on both ends of the court, who seemed to be the lone weak point in the Warriors' starting five. Then again, when you have teammates like he has, it's much easier for Love to score either in the paint or long distance than it is from anywhere else.
