From 18 to 27 April 2008, the highland city of Siguatepeque, Comayagua, > Celebrates the XXXIII National Pine Festival, so the Secretary of Culture, Arts and Sports, SCAD, invites the population to enjoy a variety of programming.

From Friday 18, will be held in the streets and avenues of the city a great dawn with burning gunpowder and band music; Inauguration of the XXXIII edition of FENAPIN, in the Auditorium of ESNACIFOR; Concert by the Band "Sowing and Harvest", in the Civic Plaza "La Amistad- San Pablo"; Election of the
Miss FENAPIN in the gymnasium of the Genaro Muñoz Hernández Institute

On Saturday, April 19, the Agro-Industrial Exhibition will be inaugurated by the Chamber of Commerce; Child competition with tricycles (under 4 years) in the Central Park; Celebration of the great night cowgirl, with sale of typical foods.

On Sunday 20, it takes place: Motorsport competition on Calle 21 of August; Football match Atlético Independiente Vrs. National League Team
at the Municipal Stadium; Stellar performance of the National Portrait of Folk Dance and Garífuna Group.

On Monday 21, the day includes: National Painting Exhibition; TV Show
"Deforestation of the forests in Siguatepeque" through Cana 67;
Cultural program with Primary, Secondary, University students together with
Special guests in the Civic Plaza San Pablo.

On Tuesday April 22: Contest of Ancient and modern Rhythms with high school artists of the Dr. Genaro Muñoz Hernández Institute; Exhibition of Horticulture, Floral design and Bonsai; Artistic and Cultural Night with the SECTUR group of San Pedro Sula.

On Thursday 24: Children's Festival of the Popular Ecological Song; Festival of the song "Bellota Dorada".

On Friday April 25: School athletics competitions, mini marathon 10
Km. (Children 7-9 years and 10 and 12 years); Exhibition of Classic Cars; TV Program "The problem of drinking water in Siguatepeque" by Channel 67 program "A Mayor's Office for All"; Cultural Program with Music of marimba, triplets and mariachis of the Armed Forces of Honduras; Fiesta del Recuerdo Musical Group "Decades" or "Remembranzas" in Granja D'elia.

On Saturday, April 26: National Marathon Doctor Jorge Bendek (Q.D.D.G); Parade
Civic: military academies, War bands of institutes; Chariots, horses and trainers; Mariachis; Comparsas, martial bands and classic cars; Great
night of carnival with the best musical groups
Honduras and burning gunpowder.

On Sunday 27: Country walk with music of sets, marimba mariachis,
bands and typical foods in the Park Calanterique; Skydiving by members of the Armed Forces of Honduras; Great PINOMAC Competition in
MotoCross among other family fun.
