Child Education, within the educational process, is actually the stage of greatest importance and will lay the foundation for all human development. During this stage, children learn especially about play, affectivity and language. They will build their cognitive and emotional development from here. In a stimulus-rich environment the student relates to that and those around him through observation and interaction, manipulation and continuous experience.

Multimedia educational programs can be a great support in the classroom to introduce new learning, to reinforce them, to systematize them ... They offer the user a multitude of stimuli, a high level of motivation, an attractive interest and at the same time some highly empowering tools for the student's cognitive development.

In the classroom we can use the computer with students organizing in different ways teamwork and interaction between students, student and teacher, and student and computer:

- Working in a group where the computer is a tool for the whole class to work together, viewing a program or creating a team.

- Working under the direction of the teacher in pairs or individually, when using an application to promote a development, to reinforce knowledge or to introduce the child in some concrete concept.

It is important to mention that when presenting a program to children, we must take into account the age and the meaning of what we are showing, not to confuse in some cases. The same thing happens with games, you have to investigate well what they are about before they are presented to a child.

Interactive encyclopedias, although designed for older students and adults, can bring a lot of information to the group. Watching a movie of, for example, how a flower opens can help us work on various content. Also, the search for non-linear information, with the help of the educator introduces new ways of learning and new procedures that will be of great help to the student in his development.

For elementary students the game is, in any situation of the classroom, a powerful tool for learning. With the computer we can play and learn in the same or different way as we would with real classroom objects. And, finally, the tools for the use of the Internet (which also exist for the little ones). In the great network, more and more interactive web pages open where students can draw and paint, write, add, play, construct puzzles, ...
