I ruined this recipe. It was a bread made with pure nuts and seeds, without flour, egg or oil. In fact the name was "The life changing loaf of bread" for that very reason, because you could skip any ingredient that we generally avoid when we decide not to eat bread (whether because you are dieting, caring for the amount of carbohydrates or you can not eat gluten) although it provokes us hot and with a lot of butter.

The truth is that this recipe of My New Roots, and one of the most famous of it, said very clearly that the most important element and that could not be replaced was used to relieve constipation and other diseases of the colon, which is apparently miraculous and acts as a unifying element of the rest of the ingredients and allows this recipe to come out as a bread.

I know it's a little poor explanation, but science is not my forte. The thing is that I searched everywhere and I did not get it. In the end it was obvious, I am in Venezuela and there is neither milk nor rice. But the urge to try this bread was stronger than I was. I was reading and decided to make a similar version trying to keep it healthy, rich and with a texture similar to what I imagined was the original.

So I used all the ingredients of the original recipe and added flour free of gluten and yogurt. I apologize to the creator of this wonderful recipe for not honoring it and taking it to where it was not, but I loved it and as long as I do not get the miraculous seeds I will continue to prepare this version. Read the recipe below and try this bread. If you want to use different seeds or nuts do it with confidence, I'm sure it will look just as divine.
