The young

2 I am the spring crocus blooming in the plain of Sharon, and the lily of the valley.

As a lily among the thistles
is my beloved among the young.

The young

As the choicest apple tree in the garden is my lover among the young

I feel under his pleasant shade
I savor his delicious fruits
He escorts me to the banquet room

it is evident how much he loves me.

Refresh me with apples,
I faint with love.
His left arm is under my head, and his right arm embraces me.

Promise me, oh women of Jerusalem,
the gazelles and the wild deer,
who will not awaken to love until the time comes.

Oh, I hear my beloved is coming! for the mountains,
leaping through the hills

My lover is like a speeding gazelle
or a young deer.
Look! There he is, behind the wall, peering out the window, looking into the room.

My lover said to me, "Get up, my love! Come with me, my beautiful woman!
Look, the winter is over
the rains have passed.
Flowers are sprouting,
the season of the songbirds has come; Lullaby of the doves fills the air

The fig trees begin to form their fruit, and the fragrant vines are in bloom
Rise, my dear!
Come with me, my beautiful woman! The young man

My pigeon hides behind the rocks,
behind a cliff on the cliff.
Let me see your face; to hear your voice.
For your voice is pleasant, and your face is beautiful.

Young women of Jerusalem

Catch all the foxes, small,
before they ruin the love vineyard,
because the vines are in bloom!
