The vineyard is located in Calle Cobos, less than a kilometer from the Mendoza River. The Malbec vines planted in 1910 stand out as exceptional and the vineyard is one of the few left in the region. In addition to Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot are produced. Rodolfo Spielmann, who has acquired 25 years of experience in multinational companies in the United States and Europe, has become the owner of one of the world's largest irrigation systems. vineyard of the same size as his dream: 30 hectares of Malbec vineyard production, dating from 1910. Canal Flores - This wine highlights the essence of Cobos Street. It is intense, pure, with concentrated fruits and a balanced acidity. Canal Flores combines Malbec (mostly) with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. It is a wine based on the concentrated fruit of the 100 year old Malbec vineyards and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. The vintages of this wine are of 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Vineyard 1910 As the name implies, it is a wine produced exclusively with grapes from the Malbec vineyards, dated of 1910. In the vineyard a specific lot was separated with the objective of producing a very concentrated fruit for this exceptional wine. For this the volume of production per vine is further reduced by green pruning. This wine is micro fermented in small tanks of 1000 liters, with the purpose of increasing the contact of the barks of the grapes with the liquid. This allows optimum extraction of color, aroma and flavor. It is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. The first year of production of Vineyard 1910 was in 2012 and now in 2013.

The winery was born of Rodolfo Spielmann's dream of producing ultra premium wine in his home country, Argentina. In Mendoza, in 2010, Rodolfo acquired 30 hectares of an old vineyard, which had a Malbec vineyard planted in 1910.
