The Bayside Marketplace, known as the anchor of downtown Miami, saw the Festival Locales as the perfect event to accompany its 30th anniversary celebration. Chef James Tahhan, the official chef of Telemundo and host of his morning show New Day will present the Festival Local along with honorary presidents, Mayor Tomás Regalado and his wife, Ana Cristina Regalado.

Chef James will also lead the panel of celebrities who will be judges of the culinary competition in conjunction with the Miami Culinary Institute, one of the many events focused on gastronomy.
