Well its been whirl wind few days with first off Barnett having his license to fight revoked for a positive test result for steriods. Then we had the speculation over who was to replace him against Fedor which seemed to fall to Vitor Belfort amongst some other wild specualtions such as Tank Abbott and Don Frye.

Next up Affliction released the information that they were going to cancel the whole event and now they are leaving the promotional Business and will become official Sponsors of the UFC.

God only knows what the next twelve hours hold, but already the rumors are starting around Emelianenko signing to the UFC – but hey, keep in mind this is rumor amongst many so don’t go linking back to us!

As always when a promoter goes down you have to feel for the fighters here. These guys train so hard and put so much preparation time in only to be told its all over and go home.

Ian Dean of  Cage Warriors had to break the news to Rob Broughton who was  due to fight Jesse Gibbs and Paul Daley has posted on facebook that his fight has been canceled due to his visa not being sorted? So let’s hope someone fills him in ASAP.
